Here are some tips to help you shop for healthy groceries:

1. Plan your meals
2. Make a shopping list
3. Shop the perimeter
4. Include a variety of fruits and vegetables
5. Opt for lean proteins
6. Choose whole grains
7. Be cautious with packaged foods
8. Limit sugary beverages
9. Check food labels
10. Shop mindfully

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to read a food label:

1. Start with the serving size
2. Look at the calories
3. Check the macronutrients
   - Fat
   - Cholesterol
   - Sodium
   - Carbohydrates
   - Fiber
   - Sugars
   - Protein

4. Assess the ingredient list
   - Look for whole, unprocessed foods at the top of the list, such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins.
   - Be cautious of ingredients like artificial additives, preservatives, and high-fructose corn syrup.
   - If the ingredient list is long and includes items you don't recognize or can't pronounce, it may be an indication that the product is highly processed.

Here are some things to watch out for:

- Artificial Trans Fat
- Added Sugars
- Sodium
- Artificial Additives
